Vietnam Veterans Day is this Sunday, 18th of August, at the Warrnambool RSL.

Join us as we honor the brave men and women who served during the Vietnam War.

The ceremony will begin at 5 PM.

Please note that we are fully booked for dinner reservations on Sunday night, so plan accordingly.

Rex has been volunteering with Warrnambool RSL since 2006. His dedication and commitment to supporting veterans in the local community is an inspiration to all at the RSL. Rex volunteers across a number of areas, never hesitating to help. Rex’s commitment and effort in his volunteering role goes ‘over and above’, and he can always be relied upon to assist at short notice.

During the 18 years that Rex has been volunteering with Warrnambool RSL, he estimates that he has completed 23,989 volunteer hours and travelled 19,870kms, whilst supporting veterans and their families!!!
He sets a wonderful example of dedication to veterans and their families. His enthusiasm is endless, and he is always there rain or sun!

Go Rex!! Thanks for all your wonderful devotion and dedication!
