Weight Loss Lows
I hear a lot about weight loss successes. But what I hear "a lot more" is weight loss failures. Basically, wanted to show that everyones Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is different, and at different weight periods your energy burning will change. Lose more weight = less energy burning = less food needs to be eaten. This is a simplification of the process, but plaqtues and hardships happen because the more weight we lose, the harder it becomes.
