I hear a lot about weight loss successes. But what I hear "a lot more" is weight loss failures.
Basically, wanted to show that everyones Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is different, and at different weight periods your energy burning will change. Lose more weight = less energy burning = less food needs to be eaten.
This is a simplification of the process, but plaqtues and hardships happen because the more weight we lose, the harder it becomes.

The BIGGEST mistake I see people make:
1. Buying too many supplements
2. Taking supplements that is not required or actually toxic for the body
You don't need so many supplements. The main ones to consider when going vegan to prevent deficiencies are iron, zinc, iodine, calcium.
Done. There are individual differences where specific products are needed. Save your money, and spend it on your house or hobbies instead :)
