I hear a lot about weight loss successes. But what I hear "a lot more" is weight loss failures.

Basically, wanted to show that everyones Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is different, and at different weight periods your energy burning will change. Lose more weight = less energy burning = less food needs to be eaten.

This is a simplification of the process, but plaqtues and hardships happen because the more weight we lose, the harder it becomes.

My Hair Loss Story: life moves on.

For those of you who are suffering from hereditary hair loss, basically genetic base hair loss, I completely feel you. For the most part, genetic hair loss is not reversible. What we can do is to prevent further hair loss, and to decelerate the process, so it does not happen as fast.

Does your pantry look like it's lacking supplements?

The BIGGEST mistake I see people make:
1. Buying too many supplements
2. Taking supplements that is not required or actually toxic for the body

You don't need so many supplements. The main ones to consider when going vegan to prevent deficiencies are iron, zinc, iodine, calcium.

Done. There are individual differences where specific products are needed. Save your money, and spend it on your house or hobbies instead :)

Coronavirus, how to protect yourselves and your loved ones.

When i see people post this graph and talk about, like this is no problems, is just wrong. Looking as this, you can see that the death rate of people with COVID-19 is very low. But the percentage of death of adults after the age of 50 sharply increases.

Because we are an aging population, protecting our parents/grandparents/and great grandparents is a priority due to their weakened immune system and/or other pre existing conditions.

If you signs or symptoms of being sick, have the flu, the least you can do is to eat nutrititous immune plant foods and to stay at home.

Short term inflammation is healthy, but long term/chronic inflammation is not.

The main causes for chronic inflammation is central obesity or poor gut bacteria. The health equation cannot be easier.

1. Eat more unprocessed plant food will improve gut bacteria
2. Eat less restaurant cafe food (too much sugar, oil, refined carbs and artificial sweeteners)
3. Reduce waist circumference
4. Reduce meat and dairy

This pictures shows the lining of the intestines. We want to have a strong mucus layer to protect gut microbes from entering. If it gets in, chronic inflammation will start, and pain symptoms will start to occur.

Health is your number 1 priority. We will all die one day, but how long we live in a state of health is what is important.
