πͺWant to combat sore muscles? Use a foam roller to release tension in your muscles and speed up recovery time!
(Donβt have one at home? Use a tennis ball. πΎ)
Simply roll out your sore spots for a few minutes each day to keep your body feeling strong and flexible. When you feel a particularly sore spot, breathe deep and work on that spot as long as you tolerate it.
*Pro-Tip: Do this after a hot bath with Epsom salts for maximum relaxation! π
