This one's a bit special. So special, we only have a limited number of portions per service, so you'd better get in quick!

A personal favourite of Chef Keana, our whole quail is deboned, crumbed, stuffed with Mortadella & Gruyère Cheese and served with sweet pea, asparagus and pickled onion.

New to our Spring menu, and as delicious as they look! - Half Shell Mussels with Nduja & XO Butter and Garlic Chive Oil.

We've got some amazing dishes for you to try this truffle season! Savoury churros, delicious ravioli, and a panna cotta dessert—all creatively infused with truffle. Available for a limited time only!

Keana has outdone herself with this seafood number! Pan-seared Hokkaido scallops served with a creamy butternut puree and lemongrass velouté.

We love our space on Kiera Street! We specifically designed it to be modern, but comfortable so us customers can step in and feel right at home.

Have you tasted our truffle dishes yet? We're offering a daily selection until they're sold out. Today's highlight is the Truffle Panna Cotta, paired with mandarin and rosemary caulis, and topped with freeze-dried and candied mandarin.

This event celebrates Gill’s journey from MasterChef to working under Head Chef Keana. With a deepened friendship and invaluable experience, Gill is ready to showcase her learnings.

Gill will curate a special 6-course menu for two nights only. Each dish reflects her MasterChef journey and time at K.Malu, blending innovative techniques with cherished memories. The menu combines her Vietnamese and Italian heritage with K.Malu’s contemporary European flair.
