Did you know Humpback whales don't eat for most of the year! They live off their fat reserves for 5.5-7.5 months each year, as they migrate south from their tropical breeding grounds to the Antarctic, to then feed on krill. 🐳🐋🦐

Book in a cruise this week departing daily!!!

As we head into peak migration the weather is looking to be on our side just in time to get some spectacular whale watching in!

Over the coming week there is minimal wind and swell predicted - our crew reporting today that it was 'glass out conditions' meaning it was spectacular conditions and was almost as calm as being on a lake!

Awesome day out on the water today! The conditions were perfect and the Whales were out and about - with a couple coming up close to our boat!

Our customers walked away extremely happy after the experience we had onboard todays cruise!

18/06/2024

We often get asked what is the best time to see Whales?
Whilst there is no set date or time (as these magnificent creatures are wildlife) we can tell you that based off our recent years whale watching - we are heading into peak migration!

What does this mean?
This means that the number of Whales passing by the coastline everyday will increase! Meaning that there will be a higher chance of sightings onboard our cruises during this time!
