Physie offers dedicated classes and competitions for adults. There are both beginner and advanced sections for women in their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and a have recently added a section for women 70+!

The annual syllabus is crafted specifically for each age group.

At Figtree club, our ladies classes are huge! We have a wonderful social environment - a place where you can have fun, get fit, be challenged and encouraged, and meet your tribe.

We offer preschool classes too! The classes are fun and social, and help to develop rhythm, coordination, body awareness and concentration.

Our preschool classes are only $5 a lesson - pay as you go (+ annual rego fee).

Come and join the fun! Our preschool class runs Mondays 3.45-4.15PM.
