Yesterday the ZOO team tried our hand at virtual reality bowling for a bit of team bonding! We weren't too bad at it either.... once we put the bumpers up! 🤣

We regularly use Virtual Reality for team meetings, educational events and socialising when we can't all be together in one location. So much fun!!!! We expect to be collaborating with lots of clients here soon!

As one half of our agency's founding team, MATTHEW HUXLEY heads up the media & automation side of our operations, but unlike most techies does so with an unrivalled marketing edge thanks to his international brand management experience for Proctor & Gamble and Frucor Suntory, and boasts a double degree in Computer Science Distributed Systems and Commerce Marketing with Distinction.

In his downtime you can find him mountain bike riding with his son, attempting to play golf, and BBQing with family & friends - nothing beats a plate full of those cheap Woolies snags! He also can't wait to get back into snowboarding and travelling!

You might be a good fit if you have:


✔️ At least 3 years social media management experience, with a deep understanding of most social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok and YouTube.

✔️ Excellent copywriting, photography, and videography skills – proven through examples.

✔️ Ability to produce a complex social media marketing strategy and content plan.

✔️ Excellent organisation and time management skills.

✔️ A willingness to collaborate strategically and operate with agility as our business grows and pivots over time.

✔️ Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

✔️ Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
