At WPS we specials in Women’s health through the life and health span.
Our Exercise Physiologists and Senior Practitioners have decades of working through many issues affecting women.
For the more mature of us it could be the start of issues with cardiovascular health, Osteoporosis or Osteoarthritis.
It may be pre-post partum issues, abdominal separation, incontinence issues or even mental health.
Donna and Sherrie are both certified with the Centre for Women’s Health. You’re in good hands.

Wear it Purple Day: Write Your Story
Wear It Purple Day is a national day in recognition of LGBTQIA+ youth. At Wollongong Pilates Studio we are proud to be a safe space for people to loudly express their true selves.

It can be confusing to know which class is right for you.
Here’s a little guide to break down the classes we offer at Wollongong Pilates Studio. If you are ever unsure about what you should try to get started, you can always reach out to our admin team and they will guide you towards the class that will be best suited for your needs and experience level.
Our reformer classes are a great way to get in a full-body, general strength and conditioning workout in a neat 45 minute package.
Your instructor will guide you through a workout targeting all of your major muscle groups. This will leave you feeling well-worked and maybe a little shaky.

If you spend a lot of time on your feet these hedgehogs will work a treat!
Did you know you have almost 20 muscles per foot, including a further 10 muscles that connect to the foot? No wonder they sometimes get sore after standing for a while.
This simple exercise involves standing on and/or gently walking the foot up and down the hedgehogs and is a certified crowd favourite! Come give them a try for yourself.
