I used to struggle to BREATHE.
When I found yoga & meditation I was deeply stressed & stuck in my head overthinking. π₯Ί
I feel some sadness looking back seeing that I really needed help but didnβt know how to open to receiving it.
I was pushing my feelings down, I felt alone and exhaustion. I really desired freedom from anxiety, stress & the physical tightness I felt. I wanted to flow. π
I went to me first restorative yoga class & fell in love with how calm. Rejuvenated and balanced I felt afterwards. π« π
I fell asleep in class!!
This class changed the course of my life. I went on to study yoga, yoga therapy & share it.
I desire everyone to feel calm and have the tools to help themselves feel relaxed and inspired. To feel good in their bodies and understand what their bodies need.

Iβve been teaching yoga π§π»ββοΈ for over 8 years.
I found yoga when I was super stressed and really stuck in my head. I love how it allows me to get into my body, release tension, calm my mind and get grounded.
I went onto study Yoga Therapy and have been helping students in my private 1-1 sessions for over 7 years. We work together on students health goals through a yoga, breath and guided meditation practices that support their specific goals. Because the practice is designed for them itβs very effective.
I often help students create and build healthy habits and support injury, stress & anxiety, back pain or stiffness and many more conditions through offering specific yoga tools. So students have the tools they need to move through life with more ease, calm and flexibility. I love what I do π
Noticing how much more joy I have at the gym when Iβm deeply present. Making a daily practice to get into my body and connect to myself.
Just finished a blissful massage. What are you doing to relax? Massage like yoga brings me back into my body, releases toxins, removes tension, reduces stress & anxiety
Meditating while my daughter has her swimming lessons to come back to a place of calm and self acceptance. Get it while I can! I feel peaceful listening to all the notices at the pool and I feel grateful for the chance to be still
Learning to deeply accept and support yourself through anxiety or stress and learn to self regulate is possible. Having enough tools to navigate lifeβs ups and downs is key. I can help support you physically and mentally through yoga, breathing and meditation.
