I love my work because I help people with their HEALTH.

I get to show up, be present and guide my students with tools to support them to FEEL better n their bodies & minds.

I help them create more calm, more Mobility, flexibility and ultimately more happiness in themselves.

They learn HOW to listen to their bodies, what they need and get lots of tools to empower themselves.

They learn to relax, become more present and more attentive. They get tools that help them with more physical freedom in their bodies and more balance in their minds.

Life is like a wave and Yoga & meditation are powerful tools to help safely ride that wave.

I used to struggle to BREATHE.

When I found yoga & meditation I was deeply stressed & stuck in my head overthinking. πŸ₯Ί

I feel some sadness looking back seeing that I really needed help but didn’t know how to open to receiving it.

I was pushing my feelings down, I felt alone and exhaustion. I really desired freedom from anxiety, stress & the physical tightness I felt. I wanted to flow. πŸƒ

I went to me first restorative yoga class & fell in love with how calm. Rejuvenated and balanced I felt afterwards. πŸ« πŸ’›

I fell asleep in class!!

This class changed the course of my life. I went on to study yoga, yoga therapy & share it.

I desire everyone to feel calm and have the tools to help themselves feel relaxed and inspired. To feel good in their bodies and understand what their bodies need.

Hi I’m Kate I felt a desire to re-introduce myself. I teach locally in Woonona NSW 😊
I’ve been teaching yoga πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ for over 8 years.
I found yoga when I was super stressed and really stuck in my head. I love how it allows me to get into my body, release tension, calm my mind and get grounded.

I went onto study Yoga Therapy and have been helping students in my private 1-1 sessions for over 7 years. We work together on students health goals through a yoga, breath and guided meditation practices that support their specific goals. Because the practice is designed for them it’s very effective.

I often help students create and build healthy habits and support injury, stress & anxiety, back pain or stiffness and many more conditions through offering specific yoga tools. So students have the tools they need to move through life with more ease, calm and flexibility. I love what I do πŸ’›
