Lymphatic bath recipes 🛀

✨Increase circulation, cleanse and nourish your skin.

Recipes:
- 2 Tbspn Clay + 1 Cup Mag Flakes + 3 Tbspn ACV + 1 Cup Raw Milk
- 1/4 Cup Epsom Salt + 1/4 cup Borax

Get your bath to 38 degrees C + and make sure your bath water has some sort of filter! Bathe for up to 20 mins or extend to 90 mins! Make sure to hydrate afterwards - !
