Tell you what I hate, is the word “winter body”
Your body is your body all year around, what makes it different from an Autumn body or a Spring body?
A couple kgs? Which most seem to beat themselves up over!
Who gives a rats arse what you look like - I can guarantee that Huxley wouldn’t care if I’m 50kg or 150kg.
Happiness comes from within & I can guarantee you’ll start loving yourself even more if you appreciate your body.
Remember - THEY ARE MADE TO FLUCTUATE

Last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym because I was sore and unmotivated, so instead of a weights session I opted for a quick 45min treadmill workout.

10 x min warm up @1% gradient
10 x min @4% gradient
15 x min @8% gradient
10 x min @4% gradient

Speed was constant from 6.0-7.0

Give it a crack 💦

Hypertrophic increases are best achieved with a higher repetition scheme than strength training, and moderate loads (about sixty to eighty percent of 1RM)
