Last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym because I was sore and unmotivated, so instead of a weights session I opted for a quick 45min treadmill workout.
10 x min warm up @1% gradient
10 x min @4% gradient
15 x min @8% gradient
10 x min @4% gradient
Speed was constant from 6.0-7.0

HYPERTROPHY TRAINING
A basic recap of what hypertrophy training is!
Hypertrophic increases are best achieved with a higher repetition scheme than strength training, and moderate loads (about sixty to eighty percent of 1RM)
