what can I tell you, mum loves to feed people. my all-time fave is her spanakopita. a spinach and ricotta pastry that is flaky and buttery and so so lush 🤤 her recipe has been passed down from mother to daughter for generations from the tiny Greek island, Kythira.

one of my favourites mum makes is this pearl cous cous, cucumber, cherry tomato, basil and artichoke salad. topped off with her famous dressing (should we bottle and sell it btw? IYKYK).
