DEMENTIA INCLUSIVE CHOIR - ALCHEMY CHORUS

Spring is well and truly on its way and in line with the seasonal change we are seeing so many of the seeds that we have planted over the last few months are starting to germinate which is SOOOO exciting!

One of these seeds is our desire to start a Dementia Inclusive Choir – Alchemy Chorus - something that was mentioned at our last movie night panel discussion and is now starting to grow roots!

At this stage we are putting out a call for people who would love to be involved – whether you are a conductor, an accompanist, a carer of someone living with Dementia, someone who loves singing or someone who would just love to help bring this to our community – we want to hear from you!

EMPOWERING YOURSELF AS AN EMPATH
NEW 4 WEEK COURSE STARTING 20th OCTOBER @ 9am at the hub

After speaking with many many people over the years while working as a kinesiologist and energy worker, about the gifts and the shadow aspects of being an Empath,

I have developed this 4 week course to help empower people who are understanding that they are an Empath but not really knowing what this truly means and how to tap into the beautiful gift that it is without being completely overwhelmed by other peoples emotions and the impact of being so receptive.

We will be starting on October 20th 9am – 10.30am at Entelechy Living hub and running for 4 weeks.

The course will be very interactive and the perfect opportunity for you to learn and practice a variety of methods of getting to know and look after your own energy field, interactions with others and the deep connections that being an Empath can bring.

We will gather as an intimate circle, so that we can create a safe nurturing space for all of us. A space where we can delve into what it is to live as an Empath in a fractured and disconnected world, share how it has felt for us and learn how we can empower ourselves to shift from overwhelm to safe connection and thriving.

Liam while having the technical expertise and licensing to install these technologies also has a deep respect and understanding for the deeper and more esoteric qualities of water.

Rhonda from will be offering Mini Iridology readings or Naturopathic Blood Test Analysis at our Care Café on 3rd September.

Iridology is the study of our health through examination of the colour and structure of the iris, sclera and pupil. The iris is the most complex external structure of the human body. Through our nervous system it has a reflex connection to every organ and tissue of the body! The iris can give insight into our capacity for adaptation physically, mentally and emotionally.
By looking into your iris we can find out your constitutional type, signs of body stressors and any predispositions your eyes may reveal.

In a Naturopathic Blood Test Analysis, Rhonda will go over recent blood tests (within the past 2 months) and look at where you are sitting in the 'optimal', not the laboratory ranges. This can help to identify deficiencies in the body that need to be addressed, changing pathology markers before they become issues and body systems that may need extra support.
(These sessions will be available at most of our Care Cafes. So there's time to get some blood test done if needed and book in for coming weeks!)
