My name is Angela.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2005 and it’s the best job I have ever had. To me it’s a lifestyle and my goal is to educate, inspire and motivate others to be the best they can be so they live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. Setting and reaching your fitness goals changes your attitudes, behaviour and appearance. These changes will be reflected in all areas of your life and YES you can do it.


Qualifications:


  • Certificate IV in Fitness, Personal Trainer – FIA

  • Certificate III in Fitness, Group Exercise Instructor, Gym Floor Supervision, Aqua Instructor – TAFE NSW

  • Certificate in Exercise Rehabilitation – Fitnation
