Powerful HacksTo Stay Positive & beat limiting beliefs🤯💥

You know we all face them!
Limiting beliefs rear their ugly heads in everyone’s lives!

It happens to the best of us & it helps if you have some strategies in place to combat these thoughts 💭 when they come up ⬆️

Here are some free 🤩 tips I teach in my mindset courses:

#1 Understand that just like you need to train your body to build muscle & increase f**tness, our minds also need training every day!💪
#2 Use a High performance Journal 📔 in the morning to set up your mindset for the day & in the evening to evaluate the day & improve an area of mindset you are working on!
#3 Keep your circle ⭕️ full of positive people, who genuinely have your back💕
#4 Write ✍️ your limiting beliefs down & choose a major one & write how it effects your life, what it’s costing you & how your life would change without it!
Writing ✍️ is a powerful tool for embedding knew thought 💭 patterns.

Go Get It!

Yes it’s Wednesday!

I don’t know about you but Wednesdays can sometimes be a challenge.

It’s mid week I start to feel fatigued and sore from lifting & conditioning training.😱

Here’s a game changer though…

Get up & Do IT ANYWAY!

I know you hear this all the time, but in the game of mindset this will make all the difference!

This builds resilience,
perseverance, determination & ultimately sets you up for success in reaching your goals

Yes I get tired 😴 sore & I have days I want to stay in bed, but I say to myself 5,4,3,2,2,1 & jump out of bed & get it done ✅

Dont just take my word for it research some successful people & I guarantee they will say the same!

So go Get it people!

Firstly, teaching ain’t 9-5 it’s more like 7am until forever!🤣🥳

Yes owning a business is challenging, but I get to live my purpose & passion everyday!
If I stayed in my full time teacher role I would have been living someone else’s dream 💭 I have given up my passion for coaching out of fear in the past & I will never do it again!

Not everyone will understand this, but they don’t have too because I- you answer to you!

I have found that my clients start out strong and motivated on Monday morning.

They are fired up and ready to go, but as the days go on it gets tougher to stick to the health & fitness goals set.

This is because motivation is the fire starter 🔥 but it’s discipline to stick to the healthy habits we are trying to form that will be the game changer!!!

And this takes time & an inner drive to keep pushing even when you don’t want too!

Being supported by a coach or like minded people can make all the difference!❤️👏

Powerful Mindsets!

✍️Write down what lights you up!
✍️Write what your life would look like without the fears, doubt, lack of self-belief that holds you back!
✍️Write down all the negative thoughts & beliefs that hold you back!

No one is immune, everyone has fears & doubts.

The game changer is when you realise what beliefs are holding you back!

Awareness is key 🔑 to starting the process of building your ‘POWERFUL MINDSET!’

Powerful Confidence building tool:

We all have that negative voice that try’s to stop us every time we want to step outside of our comfort zones.

I refer to this as my criptonoight!

What I have learnt is that this voice is our ego & is trying to protect us from failure.

It’s all a matter of perspective:

Do I listen stay safe & not reach my goal of having impact?

Or

Do I switch it & turn it into my superpower?

Here’s a little hack I have picked up along the way:

Rather than let this negative thinking become my ‘criptonoight’, I turn it into my ‘super Power!’

I reframe it and actually listen to the fears and write ✍️ them all down without judgement!

Just as if you were listening to your best friend who has only your best interest at heart ❤️ I listen and take note of all the things that could go wrong and what I believe I’m not good at.

I then flip it and ask what does this tell me????

This can literally paralyse you and have the potential to stop ✋ you dead in your tracks and run for safety!

For me this is not an option as my goal is impact, so I take all my fears and notes on what I believe I’m not good at and access them honestly!

An example of this is my fear of getting in front of the camera to make videos for my course.

I have had to acknowledge I’m not good at it 😱🙈 but as quitting isn’t an option for me I am learning all the ways to improve my skills in this area.

So now I’m equiped with more knowledge on how to video more competently, I have turned that fear into my superpower & my confidence is growing!💪

Now it’s your turn:
Write down all the things that hold you back and literally paralyse you when it comes to any area of your life.

Write it all down as if your best friend is giving you advice.

Then look at how you can switch those things and turn them into knowledge into how to improve in that area and boom 💥 there’s your SUPERPOWER 💪

CONFIDENCE!

We all Aquire self-confidence In our own unique way & even the person you think is just naturally confident has built it up every single day!

One way to develop & build your self- confidence is to create a ‘personal mantra’.

Writing down statements to embed & affirm your self confidence!

Remember confidence is a work in progress & worked on every single day!

I will share with you my mantra, so you can begin to think about yours.💪

I will stand firm in what I believe & not need validation from others to move forward!

I will be my advocate & use positive self- talk to lead myself forward!

I will not worry about things that are out of my control

I will leap into the things that scare me, as this is where the confidence growth happens!

Come hell or high water I will have the courage to step out!!

In order to grow in confidence, I need to leave behind my self doubt & say 'I can!!'

I will have the strength to handle my own challenges & battles!

I value the fact I must lead myself, with great conviction, so that I can lead others!

I will trust myself to overcome all obstacles! I've done it before & I can do it AGAIN!!

Dream Big, Step Small:

Keeping your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground!

Believe you will get there, but be brutally honest with the facts and the steps you need to take to achieve your goal.

Admiral, James Stockdale a prisoner of the Vietnam war for seven years stated that what kept him alive, was the ability to be painfully pragmatic (real), whilst also keeping a belief that he would get out of the war camp alive!

This has been one of my most important lessons!

An understanding that there is a big gap between the reality, the components needed to progress & the dreams we have.

You have to be willing to look in the mirror and diagnose the situation.

This is applicable to business & personal life!

Dream big, step small❤️
Believe but Act!🏃‍♀️
Be aware of the reality & understand it intrinsically & then be strategic!🧐
Understand the realities so you can then devise a plan!📆

I’m not trying to take away dreams! I am trying to teach resilience & perseverance!

So Dream Big & then understand every little step you have to take to achieve it.

If you can juggle the reality and your dream and assess & be realistic, when things fail you can pick up the pieces and continue to build and stack and stand on the foundations you’ve built!
