Yesterday I took part in a very emotional and liberating experience ✨️ Body image is certainly something I have struggled with, as have so many other women.

I want it to stop with me though, I don't want my daughter to see my struggles and think they are hers too.

So yesterday with a group of strangers, along with my beautiful friend Elle, all ventured to Stoney Creek and stood in front of the camera, vulnerable and empowered. Accepting the reality that we are all beautiful the way we are. No need to cover up or feel ashamed of our bodies because we think the "flaws" are unacceptable.

We are beautiful, we are powerful 🙌

I truly believe that women are so incredible, we are literally able to create life! Whether we decide to or not is completely up to us, but our bodies are the thing that makes that possible. Just about everyone has some insecurities about their body, but who says that should stop us from living life and being proud of the way we look. Let ourselves be proud of the changes throughout our life that are natural and BEAUTIFUL no matter how you look at it... 🌿🌻🌞

I am so guilty of being self-conscious and so cruel to myself about how I look as so many of us are... I had no intentions of being a hypocrite and I jumped on in with these absolute LEGENDS because what we did today took guts. Every one of you is amazing, inside and out.
