Hey it’s jade I don’t know if a lot of you know that my mum has dementia with delusions and phycosis today she is moving into a nursing home in rocky after being in a mental health facility for 6 months her dementia has progressed a lot in this time to a women I don’t know any more it is very sad we are hoping that today’s transition will be smooth for her fingers crossed Xx
