T2Pan Sourdough Boutique is a bakery specializing in naturally leavened bread. Hi! I am Zaida and I’m the founder of T2 PAN Sourdough Boutique.
We have real bread and fresh pastries on Tuesdays thru Saturdays at our bakery on Caya Taratata #11. I am a biologist turned into a baker and I specialize in naturally leavened bread. I bake what I call “real bread." The main components of my baked goods are my love, energy that I transmit into every piece of dough that I craft with my two hands, my passion for science, and my respect for quality

Today, our baker Zaida is engaging in dedicated practice sessions with a doughsheeter to finesse our techniques and elevate the quality of our croissants. 🥐
Our amazing baker Zaida took a trip to germany to finish her studies. Because of this we will have a very limited amount of croissants for the next three weeks. Thank you for understanding!
