Welcome! As your tour guide I’m excited to show you all the amazing things my island has to offer! 😎
Remember, if you see trash, pick it up… even if it’s not yours… a little at a time makes a big difference. Some of our beaches get swamped with trash from all corners of the world. It’s a world wide issue, we’re all in this together. This isn’t about whether it’s your trash or not… this is more about, show your love for what you enjoy, nature… *teraexperience

Please read and understand - is there still time for Aruba to make a change before we face the worst consequences of over-irresponsible tourism as an island? God help us.
“Tourism has gone right in many places, but broadly [the industry] has lost the trust of local people,” he says.
“I don’t think people are anti-tourism, but they’re beginning to understand finally that it has to be controlled,” he says.
“If it’s not, then what people come to see will be so degraded it’ll end in tears.”
“Residents’ concerns are a key priority for us. We cannot forget that tourism is the main economic source for our community, but we must put locals first, and not forget their demands and concern,” he says.

How it all went wrong for tourism | CNN Summer 2024 will be remembered as the season that tourism got nasty. With locals protesting against tourists in Europe, and overcrowding an issue everywhere from city centers to national parks, how did tourism get to this state – and can it recover?
Good morning … Bon dia! ☀️. Many of you ask about the housing market and if it’s expensive for Arubans to live here. Well, here’s a good short read on the issue and the predicament we are in due to unregulated foreign investments.

What do you know about the Dushi Tera Experience?? Book a tour and find out. *teraexperience #
Just went for a night walk on Eagle Beach, there was a crowd waiting for the sea turtles to hatch. I didn’t feel like waiting as I had other plans. I discovered some cool stuff with a black light. It’s amazing the various shell piece colors when lit up by black light when in standard light they look plain “white”.

So cool! 😎 We’ve seen this before while on tour. 🤩
Why do ships sometimes appear to be floating in the air? This phenomenon, known as a superior mirage, occurs due to specific atmospheric conditions involving a temperature inversion. Normally, the air temperature decreases with altitude, but during an inversion, warm air sits above a layer of colder air. This setup bends light rays downward towards an observer’s eyes, creating the illusion that a ship is hovering above the water. Such mirages are more common in polar regions but can occasionally be observed in other areas when the right conditions are met.
We’re in the mix 🤓😉😍🏝️

Animals love me… always have. Somehow we connect not sure what it is…may be the animal in me! 😂🤷🏾♂️. Saw it in the laundry area, I reached out to grab it to put it in the bush, and it hopped on my arm for a lift! 😂🤣🤷🏾♂️🤩
