An Aruban Concoction! It is called a Kenepa Cooler and contains Kenepa juice, Agave syrup, Rum and a splash of soda. A refreshing tropical libation. Kenepa = Mamoncillo: A Tangy Tropical Fruit. An unfamiliar fruit is a marvelous treat. ... Mamoncillos (Melicoccus bijugatus) are native to Mexico, South and Central America, and the Caribbean and are also known as mamón, mamones, Spanish lime, quenepa, guinep, limoncillo, and a host of other names. On Earth Day, April 22, we turn off all lights for an hour as we have done for the last 20 years.
Our mixologists created this special Cocktail - shaken and not stirred to be served in the dark. CHEERS!
