It is actually super easy to incorporate essential oils into your life.
One of my favourite ways lately has been to drop lavender oil and eucalyptus oil in the shower at night and have a mini spa moment when I turn on the hot water. It's just been a nice way to wind down before bed.

This was one of the first ways I used essential oils other than in a diffuser. I actually did this as recently as last Saturday morning before the heat and headaches slowed me down.
It's super easy, quick and effective. My favourite oils to mix in the baking soda are lemon, orange and pink grapefruit. Mix, sprinkle and vacuum and give that carpet a quick pick me up.

I don't know if it was the heat, but headaches seriously derailed any plans I could have even imagined having this four-day weekend.
