1. Stick to a routine
2. Set up designated space and time for learning
3. Show an interest in your child's work
4. Keep active- Make sure that both you and your kids spend some time exercising!
5. Limit screen time- It's a good idea to set ground rules for children about how much time they're allowed in front of a screen, no matter how hard it may seem.
