Thank you to everyone who came out tonight to the Opening of my first solo exhibition 'Insight'. The exhibition runs until April so there's still plenty of time to see the show. It was a wonderful night with wonderful people. More images to come!
We're getting close! Work started going up in the gallery today. Truly a great (and nerve wracking) feeling. Cant wait for you all to get a glimpse. Opening this Saturday, March 23rd from 6.pm to 8pm.
Struggling to decide what to and what not to post. What to share and what to keep secret. So what would you guys like to see?
Its here! The flyer for my upcoming solo-exhibition Insight. A series of portraits exploring the vivid, fantastical and mysterious nature of people.
I'm so looking forward to seeing some of you guys there! I'd really appreciate it if you gave this one a share and I'm excited for you to see what I've been working on.
The Anonymous art show for charity has ended and now I can share with you guys the pieces I submitted for the show. (The ones that came back at least.)
This one is titled Alluring, 12" x 12", acrylic on canvas.
I'll upload a cleaner photo of it soon. But I'm quite happy with how this series of paintings turned out.
Alrighty, so I've been gone for a while BUT that's only because I've been working on a bunch of paintings for my solo exhibition and I didn't want to share everything I was working on before the show opened. With the date approaching I'll *hopefully* be sharing some stuff to get everyone excited and bring you along for the ride. Super nervous. But optimistic. Lots of love ❤
A charcoal portrait commission with a dash of colour.
Charcoal and acrylic on canvas. 18" x 24"
Finished this one on a bit of a crunch and didn't have a solid photo of it until now. Hope to have prints of this one available soon.
Nature in Reverence
24 x 36
Acrylic on Canvas
Working on this one was interesting. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I'll be varnishing this one tomorrow.
I finished this one a while ago but completely forgot to share it.
Kiss
6ft x 4ft
Acrylic and Mixed Media on Canvas
My most recent finished painting. It's an oil piece so there will be a decent amount of drying time before this one goes up for sale.
Statuesque
16" x 20"
Oil on Canvas
This painting is currently on display at the Embassy of Argentina as part of the 'Holding Space' exhibition. It was a really fun piece to create. If you have the chance to see the full exhibition please do.

I've been working on many oil paintings in various sizes this year and turned this giant piece of plexiglass into my oil palette. It works great for those huge paintings, I'm able to mix a lot easier.
Making progress on this commissioned piece inspired by my painting 'Bloom'. I'm really enjoying the mixture of textures in this piece so far and I'm super excited about how it will turn out.
Honoured to have had the privilege of curating the 'Holding Space' exhibition in celebration of Argentina's National day. The exhibition will be up until July so there's plenty of time to go visit.
The charcoal base for a piece I finished recently. The final will be shown in an exhibition at the Embassy of Argentina. I'll share more info as I have it, hope to see some of you there!
Work in progress on a still-life piece currently up for sale. I'm really satisfied with how the final turned out.
Another work-in-progress shot. I'm starting with a pencil sketch on a freshly stretched canvas. I've been using a projector lately to transfer my sketches with the aim of making them as accurate to the sketch as possible. It really helps in maintaining the feel of the sketch.
This original 12" x 12" still life is now available for purchase. Mixed Media on Canvas, Perfect for the home or a gift. Available at $250 BDS. Message or DM for more information.
As I've been working on completing my oil pieces a bit quicker I've been thinking a lot about my process and trying my best to refine it without losing what makes painting enjoyable. I suppose having a concrete goal to work towards definitely helps.
Sometimes I start a piece, hate it and end up re-stretching the canvas. Usually, it works for the better, still, I enjoy the stretching process so I don't mind haha.
This piece was shown for the first time at the 'A Seat at the Table' exhibition in March of this year. It's my largest piece to date at 6ft x 4ft and I was super pleased by the reception to it.
My stack of canvases, all sketched out and ready for painting.
A rare view of the "studio" and some pieces I'm working on. This is one I restarted after being dissatisfied with the size, much more confident with the progress being made here.
A bit of a sneak peek at some of the paintings I've been working on in the background. It takes a while to finish anything so I really don't have much to post inbetween haha.
Playing with acrylics and oil pastels.
