好消息!好消息!祥記正庄客家釀豆腐开始營業了。虽然祥記妈妈不在了但她老人家刻苦耐劳及对美食的坚持，执着的精神永远都会存在咱们心里。
身为祥記第二代的我们，也会把妈妈的精神传承下去。

昨早祥记妈妈随佛祖往西方极乐世界修行去了😥😥
母亲您在妇女节去了，母亲是在睡夢中離去的。大家都知道母亲您是很強很強的妈妈，誰还能花一輩子獨自把五個孩子養大?更把自己一家小檔口打出名堂，带着我们一起打到國際。所有的富貴、恩寵與名份，都專屬於您的；您都值得。妈妈，這輩子你辛苦了。且好好地去；且安樂，且逍遙，且在天上不時眷顧深愛著你的儿女们與你的兒孫輩；離苦得樂，無有恐怖。

很感激這些年還有好多人，用文字留下你的記憶、你的匠人精神和擇善固執。無用如我，此刻除了不斷回想，好像真的什麼都做不到了。我長不大也長不透。常知道這是不可能的，以為把這時間、人事擱一邊去，他們就會永遠杵在那等我回頭。
It is very hard for me to say good bye to my mum with a very burden heart that I never feel that I am so fast to say good bye to my lovely mum. She is one of the women we loved forever and no one can replaced the love I have with her. She is very strong women that alone pull up 5 of us and we are have good education and better prospects.
She build us 5 of her child’s since me9, May8, Yan 5, Kai 3 and Huei is only 1 years old we lost our beloved father and now we lost mum in sudden.......
Yesterday March 08, 2021; the day I will ever forgot that my beloved mum just left us at 10.50am which we are not expected it go so fast. We LOVE you mum, we as daughter and son’s all will love you in our deepIt is very hard for me to say good bye to my mum with a very burden heart that I never feel that I am so fast to say good bye to my lovely mum.

她三十多歲就喪夫，當時很多人都不看好一個女人家有辦法帶大五個子女；想我三十多歲時，只夠能力養活自己跟一隻貓。然而她辦到了，至今女兒、女婿合力顧攤，孫子也圍繞其間，74歲的她歷經風濕痛、中風等病痛摧折，仍硬朗地坐在攤位前，跟上門的老客人打招呼。

人們說客家人硬頸，原來放諸四海都一樣，不向命運低頭，不輕易被環境打倒，我吃著一顆顆香滑的算盤子，咀嚼著的不只是芋頭薯粉，還有管亞英一點一滴的生命故事。
