CONNEKT STUDIO is a venture studio based in Bangladesh. We are a team of expert designers, developers, and product managers dedicated to building innovative digital products. We are a fully remote and bootstrapped company. Our latest product, "Scribble to Art" empowers users to transform their sketches into beautiful artwork using various styles. We also have other exciting AI products in the pipeline.

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator who possesses a deep understanding of Gen-Z culture and digital trends. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with potential users, and creating compelling video & other content to promote our products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy targeting young audiences, with a particular focus on platforms like TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
- Create captivating and shareable content, including short-form vertical videos, to showcase the features and benefits of "Scribble to Art" and future products.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and interaction with the community.
- Actively engage with artists, creatives, AI enthusiasts, and potential users within relevant online communities.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Gen-Z trends, memes, and social media practices to ensure our content resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Gen-Z culture, preferences, and digital behavior.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and relatable content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate unique ideas.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques for creating captivating TikToks and Reels.
- Strong work ethic and a hunger for learning new things.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for art, creativity, and technology is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation is a plus.

The initial 3-4 months of the position will be an internship/contract role. During this phase, we offer a monthly compensation of 10,000-15,000 BDT. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for a higher salary. Upon successful completion of this phase, we will consider offering a permanent position based on mutual satisfaction and reevaluate the salary accordingly.

We're taking a unique approach for the application. Instead of traditional resumes or focusing on work experience and educational background, we want to see your creativity and communication skills in action.
