To me, I find it so peaceful, calming, soothing & somehow therapeutic to do the things those make life eco-friendly & sustainable.

ITEM: Citrus Peel.
These are orange 🍊 and lemon 🍋 peel.
These are sunbathing to dried out & being store for future usage.

USAGE: Tea/Cake/Stew/Soup.
You can boil them up while making your aromatic tea 🍵 or slow cooked stew and soups 🍲
Using them in pancake 🥞 or lemon-cake could give the misty essence. Soak them into your detox drink for added cleansing benefit.

Process: Sundried.
Just keep these aside after eating, don't rinse; take out the juicy leftover part from the skin after consuming. Cut into thin pieces before sundried. Keep at strong sunlight from 12pm-4pm for maximum 2days.

PRESERVATION: Glass Jar.
Preserve into a glass jar for keeping the aroma intact longer durability.

BENEFITS: Detoxification.
Detoxify the body; wipe away all the toxins from the body those were making you retain water within & giving you extra weight. Citrus Peel are also beneficial for cleansing your blood and skin; hereby, leaves your kidney healthy.

Let's stop soil littering and save our soil.

Even 6 years old kid also know about pollution. Let's stop sound pollution & make our kids aware of that.

Greenery I still could enjoy in the midst of ferocious & aggressive urbanisation in my city.
The city I born & brought up with a lot of green fields, green scenery at both side of the roads I used to pass through over these many years of my life and lovely footpath free of human traffic, sweet looking houses loaded with so much trees & all those given me a heavenly feeling of sniffing fresh air walking through.
Well, in just last 5 years the population density of these area has risen by more than 10 times; to provide housing with the increasing population massive & somehow more unplanned urbanisation has been taking over the places of empty fields 🤔
This one of the mostly populated cities ever would be: Dhaka.
Thanks to nature yet giving us much more than we snatched away from them.

Feels like fall is coming over early. No sign here in Bangladesh of getting away from rainy days.
There's rain 🌧 every now and then in every single day. Even if it's hot 🔥 and shiny noon, raining like cats & dogs.
This miserably disturbing weather actually making people sick by fever and coldness.
🤚🤚But do we think why this is happening?
The Global Warming due to👇👇
Deforestation
Air pollution
Rise of CO2 level
Burning of Fossil Fuels
Use of plastic items

All these making our ecosystem being distributed and breaking the balance in ecology.

But we should remember that, we humans are also part of this ecosystem and ecology.
SO WE ARE ALL CONNECTED WITH NATURE.

মনে হচ্ছে পাতা ঝরার দিন এইবার শীঘ্রই আসছে। বাংলাদেশে বৃষ্টির দিন থেকে দূরে থাকার কোন চিহ্ন নেই। বৃষ্টি হচ্ছে যখন তখন, প্রতিটা দিন !
এমনকি, যদি এটি গরম এবং চকচকে দুপুর ও হয় তবু, ইলশে গুড়ি বৃষ্টি হয়।
