1 year old closed bimalleolar fracture ORIF was done by someone orthopedic surgeon , came to me with infected wound with ankle deformity. His medial malleolar srew was removed by operative surgeon previously after infection. But infection was not controlled. I counseled the patient and Arthrodesis done by Ilizarov external fixator..

Delivered speech and received crest of my presentation in BOSCON-2022.
My topic: “2 staged surgery of total hip replacement of childhood hip pathology(dysphastic hip) of 37 yrs old lady.” This was most challenging case of my Orthopaedic practice. I have done this surgery 1.5 yrs back. Now her walking is apparently good & pain free. The video(with pt’s consent) showed in presentation taken just day before yesterday.
