Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with a specialization in Figma to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites using the Figma design tool. As a Figma Specialist, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in creating modern and responsive web designs.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
3. Design and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
4. Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design processes.
6. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
7. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
8. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all web design projects.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong focus on Figma.
2. A robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually appealing and user-centric designs.
3. Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
4. Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
6. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with other design tools and software.
2. Knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
