Are you passionate about events and skilled in client servicing? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing experience people to join our team. If you have a background in event management and possess exceptional PowerPoint presentation and communication skills, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure satisfaction throughout the planning and ex*****on process.
- Prepare impressive and engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase event concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless ex*****on of events, from ideation to post-event follow-up.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and offerings to clients, enhancing overall event experiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative event concepts and experiences tailored to each client's needs.
- Attend events to oversee their successful implementation and address any last-minute changes or issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on client servicing.
- Proficiency in creating compelling excel/PowerPoint presentations and crafting well-written communication materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with clients effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of the latest event industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
