Wanted to clarify some things.
A complain from one of my customers from last July or August has been recurring to me in some of my posts that I am providing bad quality chains.
JUST TO CLARIFY I am totally NOT. Ager provider ta valo chilo na (jodio oi time a complain paini chain niye, etai ak matro) and akhon CTG theke anai onek valo quality er, delivery charge pore onek but tao valo ta anai. Business er first er d**e chilo time ta so I didn't know much. I am not in anything shaddy or beshi taka niye kaoke kharap jinish dei na. Infact amar kono product a defect pele raat jege notun baniye dei, kintu kharap ta di na. Amar friends and family jane Enchanted Stories ami ki rokom passionately chalai. So sorry to the customer. It's not her fault at all. She got a bad service and she has been complaining about it. But after she complained the first time back in that time I even sent her new chains free of any cost or delivery charge from the old provider, jetateo somossa chilo. I have said sorry and apologized again and again but don't know what to do at this point. But I just wanted to tell you all je akhon kar chain gulo onnek valo.
