The session was conducted by the Secretary of Co-ordination and Reforms Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam. Three Additional Secretaries of the Cabinet Division Md Mohiuddin Khan, Md. Mustafizur Rahman & Bijoy Bhattayacharjee along with Deputy Secretaries from Cabinet Division, UNDP and Public Administration were also present in the ceremony.
