Designation: Senior Manager- Factory Operation
Experience: Minimum 12 years

Academic Qualification: BSc in IPE/Textile Engineering from any reputed university (preferably from SUST/BUTEX/BUFT/AUST/KUET)

General Responsibility :
• Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of a knit garment’s factory;
• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the factory;
• Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment;
• Making strategic decision with necessary information and analysis related to capacity, product category and production performance
• Ensuring concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain;
• Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain;
• Ensuring active participation in handling the administrative issues of the factory;
• Ensuring commitment to environment, health, safety and security inside the factory

Job Location: Tongi, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
• Good knowledge of fashion trends and understanding of commercial designs for kids, (boys & girls)/man & woman.
• Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.
• Satisfactory knowledge about fabric, trims, materials, laces, print, embroidery etc.
• Clear and effective communication and understanding between marketing team & customer.

• Good Skill in design software capabilities.
