Job Title: Client Onboarding Coordinator

Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for our newly acquired clients. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing email communications, coordinating with the authority that sends clients, and ensuring all required data is accurately recorded in our internal systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining our official CRM and ensuring that all relevant team members are kept informed with up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor incoming emails to identify new clients and initiate the onboarding process.
2. Communicate with the authority responsible for sending clients, responding promptly to any inquiries or requests for information.
3. Accurately record all client data in the internal application, ensuring that it is up-to-date and complete.
4. Maintain the official CRM system, ensuring that all client information is properly logged and easily accessible.
5. Perform required data entry tasks, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Regularly update other team members on the status of new clients and any important information related to their onboarding process.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in English with strong written communication skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Preferred Skills:
1. Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry is a plus, but not required.
2. Prior experience in client onboarding, customer service, or a similar administrative role is an advantage, but not required.
3. Ability to adapt to changing processes and systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with our US-based clients, ensuring that all interactions are logged accurately, and reports are meticulously maintained. Your understanding of the nuances of the English language and familiarity with US culture will be critical in providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and manage incoming phone calls from US-based clients, ensuring all interactions are logged promptly and accurately.
2. Conduct follow-up calls as needed, maintaining detailed records of each communication.
3. Create, update, and maintain reports based on client interactions, ensuring all data is organized and easily accessible.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Deep understanding of US cultural nuances and business etiquette.
3. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM) and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:
1. Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
2. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer management tools is an advantage.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:

- Fluent in English & Bangla (both verbal & written).
