Our trainings are intended for companies and individuals, and adaptable to their septic needs including: Security/ Safety Awareness, Contingency planning, Business intelligence, Crisis communication, Data protection, Standard operating procedures, First aid, Advanced trauma training, House clearing drill, VIP/VVIP protection, protocol maintenance, KPI (Key Point Installation) Guarding and Hostile environment security training in our own security training center manned by ex-army commando Paratrooper Officer’s, JCO’s & NCO’s with ex-police Officer’s, Inspector/Traffic Sergeant.

At RSD we do not believe that the individual performance benchmarks established by the Security Officer’s Board are adequate and guards receive supplementary training in fire, safety, mental skills and first aid. Notwithstanding, training is a function of the specific site requirements and our personnel are equipped according to these requirements. Where necessary we use a unique recruitment and selection system where we make use of the services of our contracted specialist psychologist who undertake detailed and exhaustive evaluation of all candidates prior to them being employed. The selection process makes use of a uniquely designed integrity evaluation, which we have found to be extremely efficient in rooting our undesirable candidates before they commence work.
