* After getting the message from you we shall provide further details (আপনার কাছ থাকে মেসেজ পাওয়ার পরে আমরা ড্রেসর বিস্তারিত বিবরণ আপনকে দিবো).

* To Placing the Order Please confirm your Name, Address, Contact no. and Product details (আপনার অর্ডারটি কন্ফার্ম করার জন্য পুনরায় আপনার নাম,ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নম্বর দেখা কন্ফার্ম করুন ).

* If anyone wants to cancel their order they have to confirm it within 1-2 hours so that we can send it to another customer who needed to buy (যদি কেউ তাদের অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চান, তবে তাদের 1-2 ঘন্টার মধ্যে এটি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যাতে আমরা এটি অন্য কোনও গ্রাহকের কাছে প্রেরণ করতে পারি, যিনি আসলেই কিনতে চান।).

* You will pay only when you get the product by your hand (আপনি যখন নিজের হাতে পণ্যটি পাবেন তখনই আপনি অর্থ প্রদান করবেন).

* Face To Face cash on delivery only in Dhaka, Sub-Dhaka and district Sadar (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি শুধু মাত্র ঢাকা, ঢাকার আশেপাশে এবং জেলা সদর এ আমরা হোম ডেলিভারি দিয়া থাকি).

Note: You must send us a message/call to ensure your payment receipt for bKash and bank transfer. You can use your name as the reference in bKash when you are sending the payment. (in case of bKash payment)

~~ DELIVERY PROCESS & CHARGES ~~

* Home Delivery in Dhaka charge 60 BDT (ঢাকার ভিতরে হোম ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৬০ টাকা).

* Sundarban & SA Poribohan (Outside of Dhaka) Min. charge 150 BDT (Sundarban & SA Poribohan এ ঢাকার বাহিরে কুরিয়ার এ জন্য ১৫০ টাকা bKash advanceকরতে হবে ).

* Delivery time depends upon product availability and rider schedule (unless anything goes wrong time might be increased), (ডেলিভারি টাইম নির্ভর করবে পণ্যের সহজলভ্যতা এবং রিডেরর ডেলিভারি সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী).

* Delivery time: Inside dhaka 1-2 days and outside of dhaka 3-5 days, if everything goes as schedule (ঢাকার ভিতরে আমরা ১-২ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি).

~~ RETURN POLICY ~~

* If you find any faults of goods like damage, tears or any missing parts of the dress, immediately inform us before you made the payment to the delivery person (যদি আপনার অর্ডার করা ড্রেস এ কোনো প্রকার ছেড়া, ফাটা অথবা কোনো অংশের অনুপস্থিত লক্ষ করেন সাথে সাথে আমাদেরকে জানান ডেলিভারির লোক চলে যাওয়ার আগেই).

* Return of dress applicable only on damage, tears, or any missing parts while you receive from delivery person(কোনো অর্ডার ফেরত প্রযোজ্য হবে শুধু মাত্ৰ ড্রেস এ কোনো প্রকার ছেড়া, ফাটা অথবা কোনো অংশের অনুপস্থিত সেক্ষেত্রেই).

* For cash on delivery you must check properly before making the payment to the delivery person, after delivery person's leave we will not accept any return of goods (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রেই আপনার অর্ডারটি ভালো করে দেখেনিন ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে টাকা দেয়া আগেই, ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে গেলে অর্ডার অর্ডার ফেরত প্রযোজ্য হবে না).

* We don't accept return of the good(s) which has been sold as we don't sell used items to our valued customers neither we can return it to the seller of the foreign countries(বিক্রিতো প্রোডাক্টর কোনো প্রকার ফেরত প্রযোজ্য হবে না, যেহেতু আমরা আমাদের মূল্যবান ক্লায়েন্টর কাছে কোনো ব্যবহৃত পণ্য বিক্রি করি না ).
