Q. Where do we import the dogs and cats from?
Ans. We bring them from renowned kennels and catteries of Thailand, India, Malaysia, Ukraine and Russia

Q. How we bring the dogs from Thailand?
Ans. As mentioned above, we bring them from renowned kennel throughout Thailand. We show the pictures of the pet to the customer. We make the export and import documentation procedures along with taking the pet to the vet for health checkups, vaccines and microchip. After that we take the pet to Thai Animal Quarantine Station to ensure the health and export license.

Q. How to order?
Ans. Inbox us your desired breed's picture along with your preferred gender and color and we will guide you accordingly

Q. Can I see the picture of my dog?
Ans. Yes. Our PNG Thailand representative goes to the kennel and send us the picture and price. We will then inbox you the details.
You can also see them live through Viber, Skype and LINE.

Q. Do I have to pay in advance?
Ans. Yes. Once you like your desired pet, you need to pay 60% advance.

Q. Will i get the money receipt?
Ans. Yes. We will give you the money for all your transactions. You can collect them from our Mirpur and Elephant Road office.

Q. Does the service end till the delivery?
Ans. No. We also provide dog boarding, grooming, vet consultancy from Thailand and Bangladesh. You can come back to us in every situation. Feel free to knock us anytime.
