Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Experience:
Atleast 1 years of experience
Preferred number of years of experience: 2 years

Job Requirements:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support HR operations, including onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
