Right now, we are looking for passionate individuals to join the `Powerful SAQ Team` as "Legal Executive".

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Must have the ability to provide legal opinion on land, regulatory, corporate and telecommunications land matters.
• Analyze all land-related documents (C.S. , S.A. , R.S. , B.S. , City Jorip, mutation, deed, bia deed, porcha, DP) and prepare chain of ownership by vetting provided documents. To be able to prepare various kinds of legal Agreements etc.
• Review and draft contacts, Lease agreements and internal policies.
• Deal with land and telecommunication related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments. etc. Must have the ability to Prepare a draft of the Lease Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, NOC etc. in Bengali & English.
• Must have excellent writing skills in both English and Bengali (Bijoy Bayanna).
• Possess modern and contemporary administrative management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• All legal and land related matters will be reported to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Reporting to: CEO.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Minimum Graduation LL.B. from any reputed University.

• 6 month to 1 year(s)

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience with telecommunication and having ample experience in Legal & Land functions in a large conglomerate of Bangladesh.
• Knowledge on Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, Transfer & Registration of Properties related Act and others.
• Good Liaison / Communication Skill with telecommunication company.
• Analyzing and Advising on Legal Risk Management.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
