Air Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Job Location: Mirpur-01.Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
• Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
• Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
• Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
• Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
• Supporting office administration.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Promoting and marketing the business.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Education qualification will be considered about more experience Candidate.
Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
• Age 25 to 40 years
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent.
• Proven working Experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Department
• Excellent knowledge on Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus.
• Must have knowledge about reissue, refund, reschedule, fare calculation. And sub-ID creation.
• Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
• Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
• An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
• A friendly and approachable manner.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Immigration/Visa Processing.
Salary: Negotiable
