Sadarghat is a bustling river port in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. It is one of the busiest river ports in the world, and a major transportation hub for goods and people across the country. The port is also an important center for Islamic culture in Bangladesh, and the call to prayer, or Adhan, can be heard from several mosques in the area.The mosques in Sadarghat include the famous Chawk Mosque, which is one of the oldest mosques in Dhaka, and the Torki Mosque, which has a distinctive Ottoman-style architecture.
