ReThink this "RUSH" - Do things at your own pace.

The biggest issue behind societal forces, is that it can stress you out far more than you need to be. The pressure of social media can become ridiculously intense. Even worse, you can get the sense that there's no way out from under it all, even though you're the one layering on your own expectations. I can't think of anything that will rob you of joy faster than that..... But two notes to think about on this first day of October!

1. Be thorough. If you "finish" a task ahead of schedule, don't start anything new until you can say with honesty there's nothing left to double check or get more information about. You should be able to say that the work is your best.

2. Take a minute for yourself. Stretch, get some coffee, scribble something in your gratitude journal. You'll come back more relaxed so you can focus better on the next job.

Do something you really love: Considering the amount of time and energy you are going to spend setting up this business.

Make a business plan: Put your ideas down on paper and include detailed plans – Remember, if you cannot make your plan work on paper, chances are it may not take off the ground in real life as well.

Be totally committed: Starting up a business requires a lot of time.

Get professional help: Don't try to handle all aspects of the business. You'll soon be overwhelmed.

Three keys that motivate me to keep going in my business is Inspirations, Goal Setting, and Community!

1. Inspiration is critical to staying motivated and improving. If you are not interested in your business, your motivation level will never be high and you will not be able to sustain interest for very long. Our clients "why" is what inspires us.

2. Goal Setting - Short and long-term goal setting is vital for any business owner. If you do not set goals, you would have no direction on which path to take.

3. Community - Another key factor in getting and staying motivated is community. Let's face it, No one person knows everything.

Make it easier on yourself by sharing ideas, expertise and experience. Working together, can help members generate more qualified sales leads and solve problems faster and more efficiently.
