The Isabela State University Santiago Extension Campus, represented by Dr. Melito D. Mayormente, has accepted four (4) support staff under Project Trabaho at Asenso Layunin ng Pagbibigay Opportunidad at Kasanayan sa Santiagueno (TALBOS), a program that provides opportunities and engages young workers in industry-based training to expose beneficiaries to real work environment experiences and, at the same time, to gain knowledge through hands-on observation and job ex*****on. Under this program, the beneficiaries will undergo three (3) months of learnership opportunities seeking career development, paid by the city government, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
The said deployment was carried out by the city government of Santiago, led by Hon. Atty. Sheena P. Tan, CPA, represented by Mr. Fedencio R. Dasalla, Jr., PESO-CDSP Focal Person, today at the ISU Santiago Campus. Moreover, the ISU Santiago Extension Campus community with the University President Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino and Cluster Executive Officer Dr. Jose P. Gallena, Jr. is grateful to Hon. City Mayor Atty. Sheena P. Tan, CPA, for considering the extension campus as one of the partner institutions for this project.

โจKicking off with an invigorating opening salvo by the ISU Santiago Socio Cultural dancers, the festival engaged students in enlightening seminars on News Writing and Collaborative Desktop Publishing. These sessions provided valuable insights into crafting more imaginative articles.
Additionally, ISUSan talents were proudly showcased and duly recognized, adding to the festive atmosphere. As the first day concluded, it was evident that it was a resounding success, brimming with joy and anticipation.
