Welcome to the official page for the Sláinte Session (formerly the Dempsey's Session) 304 Bowery, in New York City.
The Slàinte Session continues the Dempsey's Irish Traditional Music Session legacy every Tuesday night. It is NYC's Longest Running Open Session (that does not mean it is a "beginner's" session by the way; it simply means ALL are welcome). It is as much about building a community as it is about anything else. This session continues in the lineage of The Eagle Tavern, The Gloccamora, and then Demps
