Instructions:
1. Marinate the Steak:

1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup cherry jam
1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Fresh cherries for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup lobster broth (substitute vegetable broth)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot skillet until desired doneness. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet, cook until pink. Remove and set aside.

Steak Bites

These juicy steak bites are easy to make with an amazing garlic butter sauce. Serve them as a main course with potatoes and vegetables, or as a fancy appetizer!

Ingredients

Steak & Seasonings
- 2 lbs. top sirloin steak (see notes for other cut options)
- Salt, to taste
- ¾ teaspoon each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon each: pepper, chili powder, mustard powder
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more as needed

Garlic Butter Sauce
- ¾ cup dry white wine (see notes)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Combine the seasonings for the steak and set aside. Measure out the remaining ingredients before beginning. Pro tip: Cover the steak with plastic wrap and gently tenderize each side with a meat mallet for more tender results.

2. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat the surface dry. Sprinkle with salt, using up to 1 ½ teaspoons, but season to taste. Rub the seasoning mixture over the surface of each side of the steak. It may seem like a lot of seasoning, but it really enhances the flavor of the meat and the sauce.

Impossible Pie

This is AMAZING! All the ingredients are mixed together and poured into a pie tin, but when it cooks it forms its own crust with filling! Impossible Pie has a coconut vanilla taste just like a coconut cream pie, turns out perfect every time! Grab a fork and RUN because it won’t last long!!

Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour all purpose
7 tbs butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
Put the milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and sugar in bowl and Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured pie plate.
Sprinkle nutmeg and a little extra coconut over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, let it cool down. Refrigerate until nice and cold.

Boiled Beetroots
Ingredients:

Fresh beetroots
Salt (optional)
Instructions:

Boil beetroots in water until soft (about 30-45 minutes).
Slice them once cooled.

1 Banana 🍌
1 Small Avocado 🥑
1/4 Cup Pistachio
1/4 Cup Yogurt🍦
1 Cup Almond Milk 🥛
Ice Cubes 🧊
Crushed pistachio for garnish

Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread Subs 🍝🥖

Ingredients:

1 loaf French bread, halved
2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread on the cut sides of bread.
Place bread halves on a baking sheet, bake for 5 minutes.
Toss cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce.
Top each bread half with spaghetti, then sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes:

Try using different cheeses like cheddar or parmesan for extra flavor!

Quick and easy meal
1 box of scallop potatoes
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 can of cream of potato
Pack of bacon
Shredded cheese
Cook hamburger meat with onions and seasonings of your choice. Drain when meat is fully cooked.
Mix can of cream potatoes with hamburger meat.
In a 13x9 in pan put your uncooked scallop potatoes in the bottom of the pan.
Mix sauce pack in a separate bowl as directed on the box.
Spread hamburger meat and cream of potato mixture over the uncooked scallops.
Pour sauce mixture over the top.
Cook uncovered on 350 for 25 mins
While in the oven cut up your bacon into pieces and cook, set to the side when done.
After 25 mins remove pan from the oven, top with bacon pieces and shredded cheese.
Put back in the oven for 10 mins

Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (additional for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Mix the meatloaf ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Form the bites: Take a small portion of the meat mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center, and then mold the meat around the cheese to form a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Baked Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas
Ingredients:
4 tortillas (8 inch)
Olive oil (optional, enough to lightly coat the tortillas)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
3 cups roughly chopped spinach
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the mushrooms in a microwave-safe bowl, and
microwave for 2 ½ to 3 minutes to soften them. Drain
the mushrooms and set aside.
Lightly brush one side of each tortilla with the olive oil
(optional) and place on a baking sheet, oiled side
down.
Distribute about half of each of the cheeses over half of
each of the tortillas. Then layer the spinach,
mushrooms, and the rest of the cheeses, and fold the
other tortilla half over top, you can garnich by some mushrooms and cheese.
Bake the tortillas for about 6 minutes, then flip each
over and bake for another 6-7 minutes, until the cheese
is melted and the outside of the tortillas is brown.

Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced into strips
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter, minced garlic, and diced onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and remaining Cajun seasoning until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Return the cooked steak strips to the skillet and mix well.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
