আসসালামুয়ালাইকুম!! সবাই ভালো আছেন নিশ্চয়ই। আজকে ঘরের জন্য আলোর ষষ্ঠ পর্ব নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো। আজকে আমি কথা বলবো বিভিন্ন ঝারবাতি সম্পর্কে। প্রাচীনকাল থেকেই গৃহসজ্জাতে ঝারবাতি এর ব্যাবহার হয়ে আসছে। তবে বরাবরই একটু দামি হওয়াতে এই ঝারবাতি শুধু অভিজাত সমাজেই সিমাবদ্ধ ছিল। এই ঝারবাতি গুলো সম্পূর্ণ হাতে তৈরি করা হত, সাধারনত তামা/ পিতল/ সোনার সাথে বিভিন্ন রকম দামি স্ফটিক ও পাথর ও ব্যাবহার করা হত।

এই হ্যাঙ্গিং লাইট গুলোকে এর ম্যাটেরিয়াল এবং শেপ এর উপর ভিত্তি করে ১২ ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়:

১। ক্যানডেল টাইপ
২। শেডেড স্টাইল
৩। ড্রাম
৪। ক্রিস্টাল
৫। স্পুটনিক
৬। আয়তকার
৭। গ্লোব স্টাইল
৮। ওয়াগন হুইল
৯, স্টেটমেন্ট স্টাইল
১০। জিওমেত্রিক

আজকের পোস্টে আমি প্রথম চার ধরণের ঝারবাতি নিয়ে বলার চেষ্টা করবো, বাকি ৬ টি থাকবে নেক্সট পর্বে।

১। ক্যানডেল স্টাইল:
এই ধরণের ঝারবাতি গুলো সবচেয়ে আগে আবিস্কার হয়েছিল, বিদ্যুৎ না থাকার কারনে এই ঝারবাতি গুলোতে মোটবাতি রেখে ঘর আলোকিত করা হত। তবে আধুনিক সময়ে মোম এর বদলে আরটিফিসিয়াল মোমবাতি বা বাল্ব ব্যাবহার করা হয়। ঝারবাতির আদি পুরুষ হলেও এর চাহিদা অব্যাহত আছে, সাধারনত বড় স্পেস ও উঁচু ছাদ বিশিষ্ট ঘরে এটা মানায়, ফ্ল্যাট বাড়ির লিভিং রুম এ এটা বেমানান লাগবে।

২। শেডেড স্টাইল:
শেডেড ঝারবাতি গুলো ঘরকে আলো ছায়ার সমন্বয়ে একটা রিলাক্স মুডে নিয়ে আসে। সব গুলো বাল্ব শেডের নিচে ঢাকা থাকে। শেড গুলোর মুখ উপরে বা নিচের দিকে খোলা থাকে। এতে ঘরে আলোর বিভিন্ন লেয়ার তৈরি হয়। সাধারনত খাবার টেবিলের উপর এই ধরণের ঝারবাতি ব্যাবহার করা হয়।

৩। ড্রাম:
ড্রাম স্টাইল ঝারবাতি আধুনিক ফ্ল্যাট বাড়ির জন্য একদম পারফেক্ট একটি চয়েজ। এই গুলো লো হাইট সিলিং এও লাগানো যায়। ইন্সটল করা ইজি। পরিষ্কার করাও ইজি। অনেক মডেলে এর ভিতরে ক্রিস্টাল এর ড্রপ দেওয়া হয়। ড্রামশেপ ঝারবাতি বেডরুমে বা লিভিং রুমে অনায়াশে ব্যাবহার করতে পারবেন।

৪। ক্রিস্টাল:
ঝারবাতির ভেতরে এই গুলো সব চেয়ে বেশী দামি হয়ে থাকে। আসল ক্রিসটালে তৈরি এক এক টা ঝারবাতি ১২ হাজার থেকে শুরু করে ৫ লাখ টাকা পর্যন্তও পাওয়া যায়। ক্রিস্টালের ঝারবাতি সাধারনত লিভিং রুমেই বেশী ব্যাবহার করা হয়ে। এটা ঘরের ভিতরে আলো রিফ্লেকট করে ঘরের উজ্জ্বলতা অনেক বৃদ্ধি করে। আধুনিক বা ট্র্যাডিশনাল সব ধরণের আসবাব পত্রের সাথেই ক্রিস্টাল ঝারবাতি মানিয়ে যায়।

আসসালামু আলাইকুম !! সবাই ভালো আছেন নিশ্চয়ই। আজকে ঘরের জন্য আলোর পঞ্চম পর্ব নিয়ে আলোচনা করবো। আজকে আমি কথা বলবো বিভিন্ন সিলিং হ্যাঙ্গিং লাইট সম্পর্কে। সিলিং লাইট আধুনিক গৃহসজ্জাতে খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভুমিকা পালন করে। আপনার ঘরে আভিজাত্য প্রকাশের জন্য এর কোনও তুলনা হয়না। আধুনিক বা ট্র্যাডিশনাল যেকোনো ঘরেই সিলিং হ্যাঙ্গিং লাইট খুব সহজে মানিয়ে যায়।

এই হ্যাঙ্গিং লাইট গুলোকে সাধারনত ২ ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়।

১। পেনডেন্ট লাইট
২। শ্যান্ডলেয়ার/ ঝারবাতি

পেনডেন্ট লাইট বিভিন্ন আকৃতির হয়ে থাকে। মিনি পেনডেন্ট, লেয়ার পেনডেন্ট, ড্রাম, বোল, লিনিয়ার পেনডেন্ট এই রকম বিভিন্ন পেনডেন্ট লাইট বাজারে রয়েছে। পেনডেন্ট লাইট আমাদের দেশে খুব বেশিদিন হয়নি যে ব্যাবহার শুরু হয়েছে। সাধারনত আধুনিক ডিজাইনের বাড়িতে লিভিং রুমে, ডাইনিংয়ে , কিচেনে, বারান্দায়, সিঁড়ি ঘরে, ঘরের প্রবেশ্মুখে এর ব্যাবহার হয়। পেনডেন্ট লাইট সাধারনত মাটি থেকে ৫-৭ ফিট উচ্চতাতে ঝুলানো হয়। এটা টাস্ক, এম্বিয়েনট, মুড এই তিন ধরনের লাইটিঙের জন্যই ব্যাবহার হয়। এটির আলো জেনারেল লাইটিঙের জন্য পর্যাপ্ত না।

মিনি পেনডেন্ট লাইট বেশ ছোট আকৃতির হয়ে থাকে। এটা সাধারণত এম্বিয়েনট লাইটিং হিসাবে স্টাডিতে, রিডিং টেবিলের উপর এবং রান্নাঘরের টপ এর উপর বা ব্রেকফাস্ট কাউন্টারে ব্যাবহার হয়। এর উপাদান সাধারনত মেটালের হয়ে থাকে। বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে এই লাইটের বিশেষ চাহিদা আছে। লেয়ার পেনডেন্ট লাইট এর নাম শুনেই বুঝতে পারা যায় যে এর মধ্যে লেয়ার থাকে। এই লাইটে দুই, তিন এমনকি সাতটি পর্যন্ত আলাদা আলাদা পেনডেন্ট একটি কমন বেস থেকে ঝুলতে থাকে। এই লাইট বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই সিঁড়িঘরে এবং ডাইনিং রুমে ব্যাবহার হয়, কেউ কেউ এটি লিভিং রুমেও ব্যাবহার করেন। কিন্তু এটা একটু পুরনো ফ্যাশনের। যারা একবারে হালনাগাদ থাকতে চান তাদের লেয়ার লাইট ব্যাবহার না করাই ভালো।

ড্রাম শেপের পেনডেন্ট লাইট খুবই জনপ্রিয়। এটা লিভিং রুমে এক কর্নারে, দুই ফ্যানের মাঝের সিলিং থেকে বা বেড রুমে বেড সাইড টেবিলের উপর ঝুলান হয়। এটি সাধারনত কাপড়ের হয়ে থাকে। অফ হোয়াইট, পীচ, ধূসর বা ছাই রঙ বেশি জন্য প্রিয়। আমাদের দেশে কিছু কিছু ট্র্যাডিশনাল মোটিফের (পট চিত্র, লক্ষ্মীর সরা বা নকশিকাঁথা) কাগজের তৈরি ড্রাম পেনডেন্ট লাইট পাওয়া যায় যেগুলো আধুনিক ঘরে দেশীয় লুক আনতে তুলনাহীন।

বোল পেনডেন্ট লাইট সাধারনত ডাইনিং রুমে টেবিলের উপর, কিচেন আইল্যান্ডের উপর বা স্টাডি কর্নারে ব্যাবহার হয়। সাধারনত এটা মেটাল বডির হয় এবং কাল, ধূসর, সোনালি, কপার বা রুপালি রঙের হয়ে থাকে।
লিনিয়ার পেনডেন্ট লাইট হল এমন একটা ঝুলান লাইট যেখানে লম্বা একটা বেস থেকে অনেক গুলো আলাদা আলাদা পেনডেন্ট লাইট ঝুলে অথবা একটা লাঠির মত অংশ থেকে অনেক দিকে গাছের ডালপালার ছড়িয়ে যায়। লেয়ার পেনডেন্ট লাইট এর সাথে এর পার্থক্য হল লেয়ারের বেসটা হয় গোল, আর লিনিয়ারের বেস হয় লম্বা লাঠির মত। এটি ডাইনিং টেবিল এবং কিচেন আইল্যান্ডের জন্য পারফেক্ট।
