🔔 We are looking for HR & Admin Assistant

Location: Sylhet, Bangladesh (On-site)
Salary: 15k - 30k

As an HR & Admin Assistant, You’ll
👉 Assist in Manpower planning, Recruiting, Selection, Joining, Orientation, and Placement.
👉 Assist to develop day-to-day HR policies, practices, and other interdepartmental things.
👉 Maintain daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave, etc.
👉 Draft various forms, office orders, circulars, Letters (termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter, etc.)
👉 Prepare official/ managerial order/note/memo & circular with regards to HR and Admin.
👉 Coordinating and ensuring payroll Management is aligned with other departments.
👉 Cooperate with all departments for smooth operation.
👉 Organise & maintain personnel records efficiently, entering new hire data, and updating any previous employees' data.
👉 Motivate and retain employees, create productive and value base culture
👉 Maintain discipline and order among staff
👉 Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
👉 Creating clear and concise reports.
👉 Assist and support the C-Suite by providing administrative services, including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel, preparing travel itineraries, and prioritising emails.

# # As a Junior Content Writer, You’ll

- Create blog content for Dorik that is captivating, SEO-friendly, informative, and actionable.
- Collaborating with our SEO specialist and content editor to ensure content meets established SEO guidelines and content structure.
- Learn to collaborate with the marketing team and determine the implementation strategies for a robust marketing plan.
- Other content marketing responsibilities as assigned.

# # Requirements & Skills

- 0.5-1 year of blog writing experience in any industry, preferably in software/ SaaS tools/ WordPress products/ LMS etc.
- The candidate must be proficient in English and have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and fundamental business principles.
- Willingness to take feedback and use it to elevate content.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and organization skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
