I move away from the wheel because…

“I can feel the energy of the earth, without dominating it. I move away from the wheel because, in my opinion, the tool is interposed between the earth and me. Spontaneity and gesture bring irregularities, asymmetries. Aesthetics is nourished by the sobriety of lines and imperfect surfaces... I need to merge with the earth to let the room escape and thus free my emotion."

Saffron is the sunset or a fire…

Designed with a modern point of view, the hand-loomed cushions are woven in the North of Portugal in a small family-owned mill. The cushions are woven of thread recycled from the fashion industry.

The recycled cotton cushion size 60 x 60 cm, have a duck feather inner cushion included. Wash them cold and allow them to air dry or wash them dry cleaned.


Portuguese brand developed with passion, in love with the honest, traditional materials and all handmade.

White stoneware plates, it all started as need of the ceramist…

Her name is Inês Soares, she is a Portuguese ceramist based in the North of Portugal. She graduated in film, but found her passion in ceramics. She, mostly, creates tableware objects on the potters wheel, that are designed to last.

Most of the objects she creates, start just as a need of hers. she has a certain obsession with things being useful, the idea of having something that doesn’t serve any of her needs is always a little strange to Inês.
