The commercial department at the bank was looking to discover underlying potential from their customer databases and (historic) data. Our team took the challenge with both hands!

Here are some of the results of the solution we built:

✔️50+ meetings were organized based on Faktion recommendations
✔️41% of these meetings indicated even more underlying potential
✔️26% of these meetings lead to a realization

As with most AI projects, these initial results tend to improve even more over time as the system learns to optimize recommendations.
