🔬💊 Did you know that even tiny traces of antibiotics in the meat and fish we eat could contribute to antibiotic resistance? Our researchers found that just a tenth of the ‘safe’ amount of antibiotics can trigger resistance, making infections untreatable. They started with wax moth larvae and are now expanding their research to mice and humans. This is a crucial public health issue we need to address for our future well-being.
